I don't know how else to say it. We love the stand, we love the
stand, we love the stand. We love the stand!
Another aspect I love is that right outside the pick-up window there is a table filled with community flyers and magazines. While enjoying fresh food, you can check out various art advertisements.
Laguna also hosts a number of art gallerys. Whether you are vegan or not, we highly recommend a visit. The restaurant's a perfect spot to grab great ital before hitting the ocean or to stop by afterwards. You can sit outside and see and hear waves in the distance, see beautiful people roaming around and feel special about eating vegan.
We sooooooo recommend it!

The Stand is a homely and cozy vegan food eatery two blocks from the Laguna Coast and a staple restaurant to
visit when we head to Laguna Beach. The food is fresh and organic, and the employees are pleasant and sweet, offering great customer service. We discovered the eatery in 2001
when Jamari, now 13, was just a waddler and we are so thankful they still exist. Unlike
our last review on the corporateness of fast growing vegan chain restaurant, LovingHut, the Stand radiates pure local goodness, never disappointing our taste pallet.
Their menu is simple, but boasting with flavor. You
will not find the typical fried-food vegan entrees that my youngest son (Urijah 7)
loves, but the
Stand tastes so great, I can get him to eat many things here. He’s a big lover of
potatoes and the potato mix, the potato and guacamole burrito, and potato soup. It makes me so happy to see
him eating fresh veggies. Jamari and I are big fans of the bean, rice
and guacamole burritos, and the tamales are very scrumptious! They offer a
variety of soups that change depending on the day and season and huge salads.
We also enjoy the cute desserts, mini cupcakes and fruity soft serves. The
Stand’s food is nice and filling and makes me hungry just thinking about it.
